Wilford Noel

Rev. Wilford O. Noel, Sr., joined Galilee Methodist Church at an early age. He attended the Maple Springs Bible College. He was ordained a Deacon on November 24, 1974, at St. Stephens Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. where he taught the young adults for six years. He taught Sunday School and Bible Study for three years at the Union Bethel AME Church, in Brandywine, Maryland.

In 1984, he was ordained as a Deacon at Antioch Baptist Church at Clinton, Maryland. For three years he taught Bible Study, served as an Assistant Superintendent for the Sunday School, and was the Coordinator for services held at the Pine View Convalescent Home.

On November 1, 1992, Rev. Noel became the Founder and Pastor of Little Rock Baptist Church of Clinton, Maryland. As Pastor, Rev. Noel envisioned great things for the Little Rock church family. He was "committed" to God, his family, his church and the community.

Rev. Noel labored in love at Little Rock and when his work was done, God called him from Labor to Reward on March 29, 1997. His memory remains with us, his foundation is firm and we are left to build and carry out the "Great Commission."
